- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 2 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. drained canned peas
- 1 recipe buttermilk biscuit dough mix
Directions

1Blend margarine, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan.

2Stir in milk.

3Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

4Add onion, ham, eggs and peas.

5Pour into 10 x 10-inch baking dish.

6Pat biscuit dough to fit the baking dish.

7Place on top of casserole.

8Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until top is light brown.
