- 8 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- pie pastry for one layer
Directions

1Place peaches in Pam-sprayed baking dish.

2Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour and salt.

3Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Sprinkle on lemon juice and dot with butter.

4Cover filling with prepared pie pastry, rolled thin.

5Bake at 400° about 35 minutes or until peaches are tender.

6Yields 8 to 10 servings.
