Deep Fat-Fried Frog Legs

- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. flour
- 8 pairs frog legs
- 1 qt. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
Directions

1Beat together the eggs, milk and seasonings.

2Gradually stir in the flour.

3Set this aside and prepare the dredge by mixing together the flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne.

4Add the oil to a deep fat fryer and heat. Prepare the frog legs by dipping them in the egg-milk preparation and then coating them with the dry ingredients.

5Fry the legs, one pair at a time, until golden brown.

6Remove and drain on paper towels.
