- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 vegetable oil for deep frying
Directions

1Wash dry and cut cauliflower into golf ball sized pieces

2Mix the salt, garlic, amd onion powder well

3Heat oil.

4Add a small piece when it bubbles its hot enuff.

5Fry the cauliflower in batches.

6When the batch freely floats its done.

7Transfer to a bowl lined with paper towels.

8Season with the spice mixture.

9Repeat till all batches are fried and seasoned.
