  • 3 cm diameter 10 cm length Nagaimo yam
  • 1 clove, grated (A) Garlic
  • 1 clove, grated (A) Ginger
  • 3 tbsp (A) Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (A) Sesame oil
  • 1 Frying oil
  • 1 Katakuriko

Directions

    Peel the nagaimo skin and chop into 1 cm pieces.

    In a plastic bag or a bowl, add the (A) ingredients and the nagaimo from Step 1.

    Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.

    Coat in katakuriko and fry in oil until golden brown, and they're done.
