- 15 lb. whole turkey
- salt
- pepper
- 5 gal. peanut oil
- deep fat fryer
Directions

1Put peanut oil in your outdoor cooker and heat to 350°.

2Wash and clean out turkey.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Submerge turkey in oil; cook for 3 minutes per pound.

5Remove turkey, drain, let cool for 30 minutes, carve and enjoy.
