- 1 pkg. of won ton skins
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 stalks green onions, chopped
Directions

1Fry and crumble sausage, drain grease.

2Let stand.

3Mix sausage, chestnuts and green onions.

4Put a teaspoon of mixture in the center of the square won ton skin.

5Fold the won ton skin to make a triangle.

6Seal with water.

7Put the filled won ton triangle in very hot oil.

8Brown evenly and enjoy.
