- deer meat, cooked (large roast or several c. cooked meat)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (if desired)
- Bulls Eye regular and hot and spicy barbecue sauce or Heinz regular and hot and spicy barbecue sauce or Kraft regular and hot and spicy barbecue sauce
- Texas Pete hot sauce to taste
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Cut deer meat in small chunks or pieces.

2Cook in pressure cooker for approximately 30 minutes or in regular pot 1 1/2 hours until very tender.

3Pour most of broth off.

4Take a fork and pull apart meat until stringy.

5Mix in barbecue sauce, one part regular to two parts hot and spicy.

6Cook for approximately 30 minutes with lid on.

7Add chopped onion, pepper and salt; cook on low heat, stirring often.
