  • 5 lb. beef suet
  • 10 lb. beef
  • 8 green peppers, chopped
  • green chilies, chopped to taste
  • 3 large onions
  • 6 large cans tomato sauce
  • whole garlic, chopped fine
  • ground red chili
  • chili powder

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and garlic.

    Add rest of ingredients to taste.

    Don't add water; it gets soupy as it cooks.
