- 1 lb. good lean deer meat
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 6 medium Irish potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cook deer meat until tender enough to come apart.

2Stir until comes apart.

3Add sweet potatoes, Irish potatoes, onion, salt and pepper.

4Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons corn oil.

5Cook slowly until potatoes and onions are done.

6Add enough water as needed and cook slowly until liquid is thick like gravy.

7Serve with hot biscuits.
