Ingredients
- 2 lb. deer burger
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Watkins Mexican pepper, ground
- 1 tsp. Watkins Italian pepper, ground
- 3/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 4 or 5 drops liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and level.

2Place in refrigerator overnight and mix again in the morning.

3Let set 2 days.

4Mix burger and place between 2 sheets of waxed paper.

5Roll the burger out to desired thickness.

6Put in freezer until it hardens, then remove and cut in strips.

7Place in dehydrator overnight or until done.
