- 2 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
- 2 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. whole black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Remove fat from deer meat and cut on grain into 1/4-inch strips.

2Marinate in ingredients overnight.

4Bake in warm oven for 4 hours, turning over after that time.
