- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper, use more for hotter jerky
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder, optional
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. McCormick Salt Free All Purpose Seasoning
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Marinate the meat for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in covered dish in refrigerator.

3Then drain. Place on dehydrator to dry for 8 hours.
