Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper, use more for hotter jerky
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder, optional
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick Salt Free All Purpose Seasoning

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Marinate the meat for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in covered dish in refrigerator.

    Then drain. Place on dehydrator to dry for 8 hours.
