Ingredients
- deer roast
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 margarine and 1/2 oil (for frying)
- 1 tsp. sausage seasoning
Directions

1Thaw roast completely, then soak in big bowl of water with vinegar or lemon juice.

2Soak for 10 minutes.

3Rinse well and drain.

4Next, coat roast with flour, salt and pepper as you would fried chicken.

5Brown in half margarine and oil until golden brown.

6Pour water over roast and cook until tender.

7After roast is cooked tender, place on baking pan and put sausage seasoning over roast.

8Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
