- 3 bay leaves
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. celery tips
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 2 c. stock from deer
- 1 c. cold milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. capers
Directions

1Cook deer roast.

2Cook first 11 ingredients (except deer roast) until thickens, stirring constantly.

3Add lemon juice, orange juice and capers.

4Serve over thin sliced deer.
