  • 3 lb. deer steak, tenderized
  • pepper to taste
  • flour
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. Wicker's barbecue marinade sauce

Directions

    Roll meat in flour with pepper.

    Spray dish with Pam spray. Place meat inside; top with sliced onion.

    Pour Wicker's sauce around edges of meat.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour, or until tender.
