- 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. cooking wine
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Soak steaks in baking soda 15 minutes.

3Soak in clear water 1/2 hour.

4Cut steak into 4 pieces.

5Fry in butter. Turn heat to simmer.

6Add salt and pepper to your taste.

8If meat is cut thick, cook 1 hour.
