  • 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Minced Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 cups Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Sharp Or Medium Or Both), Divided
  • 1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten
  • 2 cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
  • Paprika

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

    In a large bowl, add the dry seasonings, cottage cheese, sour cream, 2 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese and the beaten egg.

    Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to come together.

    Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to directions and drain.

    Add the macaroni to the large bowl and mix until well combined.

    Pour into the baking dish and spread out evenly.

    Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
