- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil
- 1 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil
- 8 slices deli turkey
- 8 slices deli salami
- 6 thin slices red onions
- 4 slices provlone cheese
Directions

1Cut bread in half lengthwise.

2Drain artichoke marinade into small bowl, beat in garlic and oil until blended.

3Drizzle 2 tablespoons marinade mixture on cut surface of each bread half.

4Arrange tomato slices on bottom half of loaf; sprinkle with fresh basil.

5Top with layers of turkey, salami, onion and artichokes.

6Drizzle with remaining marinade; top with cheese slices.

7Place top of loaf on filling; press down lightly.

8Cut into 6 diagonal slices.
