  • 2 pounds Stewing Beef, Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes
  • 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 package (1 1/2 Oz. Packet) Clubhouse Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
  • 3 Large White Potatoes, Julienned Thick Or Cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 Hot Pepper, Sliced With Seeds
  • 10 Baby Carrots Chopped
  • 1/2 Sweet Green Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 cups White Mushrooms, Chopped
  • 1 Green Onion, Coined
  • 1 Small Onion, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt

    1. Coat stewing beef with flour

    2. Heat the vegetable oil in pot on medium/high heat and brown the beef in batches.

    3. Return all beef to pot and add water with seasoning mix. Stir to combine.

    4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    5. Add all vegetables, chili pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to pot and cook for 45 minutes longer, mix well and stir every 10 minutes until done.
