Ingredients

  • 2 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 can coconut or large bag
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 bar paraffin

Directions

    Mix sugar and milk.

    Add softened butter and nuts.

    Mix well and add coconut.

    Roll into 1/2-inch balls and refrigerate until chilled.

    Melt 3/4 bar paraffin and chocolate chips in a double boiler.

    Keep hot and dip chilled candy into chocolate mixture. Put on waxed paper to cool and harden.

    Store in a cool place.
