- 6 pieces Daikon radish
- 20 grams Butter
- 3 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 enough to cover the daikon radish Water
- 1 dash Black pepper
Directions

1Cut the daikon radish into 1 cm thick slices, and make small cuts on one side in a crisscross pattern.

2Arrange the daikon radish in a frying pan, and pour on enough water to cover it.

3Cover with a lid and boil for 15 ~ 20 minutes until the daikon is translucent.

4When boiled, drain the water while keeping the daikon radish in the pan using the lid.

5Brown the daikon radish in the pan over heat.

6Add the butter and ponzu.

7Coat the daikon radish with golden brown.

8Serve on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done.
