  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. pudding (coconut, vanilla or desired flavor)
  • 3 c. milk
  • Cool Whip (to top)

Directions

    Blend together flour and butter; then add pecans.

    Press mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan for crust and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Cool.
