  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. cocoa (Nestle)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, water and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cocoa dissolves. Stir in milk.

    Cover over medium heat until hot.

    Do not boil! Makes four 9-ounce servings.
