- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 6 c. peeled, sliced Delicious apples
- pastry for 2-crust pie
Directions

1Combine margarine, cornstarch, spices and a little apple juice in a small bowl.

2Stir until well blended.

3Place remaining apple juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil.

4Stir cornstarch mixture into apple juice.

5Pour over apples, stir carefully to coat all sliced apples.

6Pour into unbaked pie crust.

7Place top crust over apples.

8Bake at 425° for about 30 minutes.

9Reduce temperature to 375°, bake for 30 minutes longer.

10You can sprinkle tiny bit of cinnamon on top of crust if you want to.
