Ingredients

  • 2 pans cooked corn bread
  • 5 biscuits, cooked
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh broth
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cans Pet milk
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    In large baking pan, combine all ingredients except eggs, milk and butter.

    Beat eggs and stir into milk.
  3. 3
    Pour this over other ingredients.

    Place stick of butter in center of pan.
  5. 5
    Cook uncovered at 375° until brown.

    Turn heat down to 300°. Approximate Cooking Time:

    1 1/2 hours.
