  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. instant potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • paprika
  • margarine

Directions

    Bring water, milk, margarine and salt to a boil.

    Add potatoes, cream cheese and sour cream.
  3. 3
    Blend well, using low speed on mixer.
  4. 4
    Spoon into greased 11 x 7-inch casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.

    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
