- 3 eggs
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
- whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a small mixer bowl, beat eggs slightly at medium speed.

3Beat in corn syrup, sugar, butter or margarine, vanilla and salt until well blended.

4Stir in pecans. Spoon filling into pie shell.

5Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.

6Serve with whipped cream.
