Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Put ingredients in either a blender or mixer to mix well. Pour batter onto heated griddle or skillet.

    When batter is full of bubbles, turn pancakes over to finish cooking.

    (If you do not have self-rising flour, you may use all-purpose flour and add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon baking powder).
