Ingredients: 1 pkg. Oreo cookies; 1/4 c. melted margarine; 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream; 3 egg yolks (save whites); 1/2 c. melted margarine; 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar; 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla; 1 medium jar dry roasted, salted peanuts; 1 pt. Cool Whip

1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

1/2 c. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 medium jar dry roasted, salted peanuts
1 pt. Cool Whip

Crumble Oreo cookies; add 1/4 cup melted margarine.

Spread vanilla ice cream on cookies and put in freezer while preparing remaining ingredients.

Beat egg yolks; add melted margarine, powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla and peanuts.

Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in mixture.

Pour over ice cream and freeze.

Cover with Cool Whip.

Cut in squares to serve.
