  • 1 lb. can crab meat
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 or 3 peppers, ground up
  • 3 onions, ground up
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 or 3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 loaf bread, ground

Directions

    Clean crab meat well and put in a pan.

    Bring to a boil with 1 cup of milk.

    Set aside.

    Then add salt and pepper, dried red peppers and Worcestershire sauce to taste.

    Mix all together.

    If too mushy, add cracker meal.
