   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Grease and flour pan.

   Mix in all ingredients.

   Blend together or beat ingredients until moistened. Pour in batter and bake

   at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

   Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.

   Invert cake on plate or paper towels and cool.

   Then frost with your favorite icing.
