- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 c. blanched almonds
Directions

1Melt margarine in a medium saucepan.

2Stir in celery salt, chili powder and ground red pepper.

3Add almonds, stirring until nuts are evenly coated.

4Transfer nuts to a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

5Bake in a 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until nuts are lightly toasted, stirring once.

6Cool in pan for 15 minutes.

7Turn out onto paper towels to finish cooling.

8Store tightly covered. Makes 2 cups.
