- 1 bunch carrots (about 6)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- freshly ground pepper
Directions

1In a large frying pan with cover, melt butter.

2Add carrots which have been peeled and cut into even julienne strips. Sprinkle with salt.

3Cover tightly and steam in the butter until tender, 15 to 30 minutes.
