- 6 large carrots, cut lengthwise
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots in water until just tender.

2Drain.

3Then saute in butter for 5 minutes.

4Add brown sugar, mustard, 2 drops Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.

5Cook, covered, about 10 minutes.
