- soft bread crumbs (about 3 slices)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. butter
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 doz. large clams, chopped fine
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Directions

1Cook bread crumbs in milk.

2When thick, add butter, pepper, parsley, onion and clams.

3Cook 10 minutes over medium fire. Add hard-boiled eggs.

4Fill large clam shells with mixture, topping with buttered crumbs.

5Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until brown.
