Deviled Crab

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • butter (size of walnut)
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • shake or 2 of Worcestershire sauce

    Cook eggs.

    While they are hot, mash them up in casserole dish with butter.

    Put crab meat in.
  4. 4
    Add salt and pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and milk.

    Stir.

    Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

    Cook at about 375° for approximately 30 minutes.

    Be sure to pull crab meat apart.
