- 1 lb. crab
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 2 boiled eggs, diced
- 1 raw egg
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion, green pepper and celery in bacon drippings and butter.

2Remove from heat.

3Add other ingredients.

4Put mixture in shells or casserole dish.

5Brush tops with equal parts of milk and catsup.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until slightly browned around edges.
