- 1 lb. crabmeat, picked over
- 1 1/2 c. rolled cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine crabmeat with crumbs, celery, onions, etc.

2Sprinkle with salt, mustard and cayenne.

3Moisten with batter and milk. Mixture should be slightly moist, not soupy.

4Pile into shells or casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

6Serves 4 to 6.
