Deviled Crab Casserole

- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 18 saltines
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat milk and butter together until milk begins to simmer. Do not let it come to a boil.

2Crush saltines finely.

3Blend saltines with milk and butter.

4Add crab meat and seasonings. Save some cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top.

5Top with a few pats of butter.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until crab is golden brown.
