Deviled Crab Casserole

- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Chop onion and bell pepper and saute in 1/2 stick butter until tender.

2Beat eggs and add them to all other ingredients including sauteed onions and pepper.

3Pour mixture into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

4Top with bread crumbs and with 1/4 stick butter.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
