Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 lb. crabmeat, flaked
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter.

2Blend in flour.

3Add milk gradually, cooking until thick, stirring constantly.

4Add seasonings, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

5Stir small amount of hot sauce into egg, blending well; then add to sauce. Add parsley and crabmeat.

6Place in well-greased shells.

7Combine crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle on top.

8Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
