  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. bouillon or light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. cooked crabmeat

Directions

    Combine eggs, bouillon, melted butter, onion and seasonings; mix well.

    Stir in crabmeat and half of crumbs.

    Fill crab shells or casserole with mixture and top with remaining crumbs.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° until crumbs are lightly browned.
