- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. bouillon or light cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cooked crabmeat
Directions

1Combine eggs, bouillon, melted butter, onion and seasonings; mix well.

2Stir in crabmeat and half of crumbs.

3Fill crab shells or casserole with mixture and top with remaining crumbs.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° until crumbs are lightly browned.
