Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small shell or elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 6 hardboiled eggs,chopped
  • 1/2 small sweet onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for garnish

Directions

    Place macaroni, eggs and onion in a large serving bowl.

    Combine remaining ingredients except cayenne or paprika.

    Mix well and add to pasta mixture.

    Mix gently but well and allow at least 2 hrs to chill before serving.

    Garnish with a few dashes of cayenne or paprika.
