- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1When boiling eggs, if a teaspoon of vinegar is added, the eggs are easier to peel and less likely to crack.

2Cut eggs lengthwise in half.

3Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork.

4Mix in all other ingredients, then fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate until served.
