  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    When boiling eggs, if a teaspoon of vinegar is added, the eggs are easier to peel and less likely to crack.

    Cut eggs lengthwise in half.

    Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork.

    Mix in all other ingredients, then fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate until served.
