  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet or dill pickle
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • paprika and parsley to garnish

Directions

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and place in mixing bowl.

    Add cheese, pickle, onion, mayonnaise and mustard.

    Mix well.

    Place mixture in hollowed egg halves and garnish with paprika and parsley.

    Keep chilled until ready to serve.
