- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
Directions

1Place eggs in cold water.

2Add salt; bring to full boil.

3Turn burner to simmer for 30 minutes.

4Place cooked eggs in cold water and crack eggs.

5Shell eggs.

6Cut in half.

7Put egg whites aside. Put egg yolks in small bowl and smash with fork.

8Add pepper, mustard and salad dressing.

9Cream eggs by hand.

10Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

11Refrigerate.
