- 1 doz. eggs
- 12 oz. jar sliced olives, drained (green olives)
- mustard
- mayonnaise
- paprika
- 24 olive slices (for garnish)
Directions

1Boil eggs (hard-boiled).

2Cool, peel, slice in half and remove centers.

3Blend centers, mustard and mayo of equal parts until creamy.

4Chop olives and add to egg mixture.

5Fill egg white halves with mixture.

6Garnish with olive slice and sprinkle of paprika.

7Chill until served.
