  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • paprika

Directions

    Boil eggs for 7 minutes.

    Let cool then peel off shell.

    Cut eggs into 2 halves and take out yolks.

    With a fork, break up yolks into fine pieces.

    Add sugar, mustard and mayonnaise and stir until creamy.

    Spoon mixture back into egg whites.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle with paprika.
