  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions

    Cut eggs in 1/2.

    Remove yolks and press through sieve. Combine yolks with remaining ingredients.

    Beat until smooth.

    If desired, add more seasoning and salad dressing.

    Refill whites with fork, spoon or pastry tube.
